LOVE BRAND & Co. prides itself on state-of-the-art products and excellent customer service but if you are unhappy with the product or service for any reason, customers are fully entitled to return or exchange an item purchased on the Website or by phone through LOVE BRAND & Co. We will either exchange your order or refund the cost of the returned item. For returns and exchanges, the customer will be fully liable for the cost of returning the item to us. (If a return is deemed faulty subject to inspection by LOVE BRAND & Co. we will also refund for all shipping expenditure.) Goods must be returned, in their original condition, not altered or worn beyond checking fit. This condition is subject to inspection by LOVE BRAND & Co.

We are under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for products that do not comply with this section. Products that are not accepted will be returned to you. All refunds will be made to the card used when placing the order within 14days after receiving the product back to LOVE BRAND & Co. We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been made.
