Please note this email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us, your order will be accepted by us by way of a confirmatory e-mail to you which confirms that we have accepted your order and shipped your goods.
Please keep the Confirmation of Order email. The website is designed to make purchasing LOVE BRAND & Co. products as easy as possible. We have taken great care that the products on the Website are described verbally and visually as accurately as possible. We ensure product images appearing on our website are as near in colour as possible, although the colours on the website do depend on your computer screen resolution and adjustment. Each product is individually manufactured and will therefore vary slightly. We are unable to guarantee the product will be precisely as it appears on the website.
The price of products will be clearly stated on the Website at the time of order. We work very carefully to ensure the prices are always accurate and up to date. All prices displayed on the website are in UK sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment on the website and by phone using debit or credit card. We do not except American Express. In placing an order you confirm that the card being used for payment is yours. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we cannot accept your order and will not be held responsible for any non-deliveries and are not obligated to inform you of the reason of refusal. We cannot be held responsible for any charge from your card issuer or banking group incurred by you as a result of processing an order with your credit/debit card in accordance with your order.

SHIPPING
We courier all our orders by the fastest tracked service available to insure your orders safe and timely arrival.
UK Our shipment and Handling Flat Rate for orders to the UK is £5 using Recorded Royal Mail - Next day delivery.
EUROPE Our shipment and Handling Flat Rate for orders to Europe is £15 using Recorded Royal Mail - 2-5 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD Our shipment and Handling Flat Rate for orders outside the UK and Europe is £35 using Fedex International - 2-5 working days.
RETURNING
LOVE BRAND & Co. prides itself on state-of-the-art products and excellent customer service but if you are unhappy with the product or service for any reason, customers are fully entitled to return or exchange an item purchased on the Website or by phone through LOVE BRAND & Co.
We will either exchange your order or refund the cost of the returned item. For returns and exchanges, the customer will be fully liable for the cost of returning the item to us. If a return is deemed faulty subject to inspection by LOVE BRAND & Co. we will also refund for all shipping expenditure.
Goods must be returned, in their original condition, not altered or worn beyond checking fit. This condition is subject to inspection by LOVE BRAND & Co.
We are under no obligation to accept returns and provide refunds for products that do not comply with this section.
Products that are not accepted will be returned to you. All refunds will be made to the card used when placing the order within 14days after receiving the product back to LOVE BRAND & Co. We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been made.
LAW The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
